Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp ‘raw slim & tone protein powder’
- 1 tsp moringa powder or matrix phase detox powder
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup ice
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
