Energising Green Smoothie Recipe

The best way to start your day is with a healthy, energising and delicious green smoothie! Try out our recipe and let us know what you think..

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp ‘raw slim & tone protein powder’
  • 1 tsp moringa powder or matrix phase detox powder
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
