ELVAN KOSE
Elvan is a registered Kinesiologist and a Mind Body Medicine practitioner, she is registered with the Australian Kinesiology Association, and completed her qualifications of Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine diplomas at the College of Complementary Medicine.
About Elvan
Elvan Kose came to kinesiology through her own health journey. After more than a decade working as a chartered accountant, she experienced firsthand the toll that sustained stress, pressure and an imbalanced lifestyle can take on the body. When she discovered kinesiology, it changed her direction completely — she retrained, qualified, and hasn’t looked back.
That background gives her a practical understanding of what many of her clients are living through. As a mother of two who spent over a decade in corporate life, she knows what work-life pressure actually feels like — and she brings that understanding into every session.
Elvan holds a Diploma of Kinesiology and a Diploma of Mind Body Medicine from the College of Complementary Medicine, and is registered with the Australian Kinesiology Association. Her approach combines muscle monitoring with a wide range of natural healing tools — from acupressure and nutritional support to body psychology, motivational counselling and TCM Ba Gua constitutions. Treatment is always tailored to the individual.
What Kinesiology & Mind Body Medicine Can Help With
Elvan works with a broad range of concerns, including:
- Physical pain and muscular disorders
- Stress — physical, mental and emotional
- Nervous system disorders
- Allergies, sensitivities and nutritional deficiencies
- Psychological and learning difficulties
- Energetic and vibrational imbalances
- Work-life balance and burnout
How It Works
Kinesiology uses muscle monitoring to identify imbalances in the body — physical, emotional, nutritional or energetic. Once located, these are addressed through reflex and acupressure points, specific body movements and nutritional support.
Mind Body Medicine extends this further, drawing on motivational counselling, body therapies, body psychology symptom mapping and TCM Ba Gua constitutions to support the whole person. Together, they form an integrative approach to health that goes well beyond symptom management.
