This Festive Botanical Spritz is a refreshing way to celebrate without the blood sugar spikes, dehydration and next-day fatigue that often come with alcohol. Swapping a few alcoholic drinks for this nourishing alternative supports hydration, steadier energy and hormone balance – helping you enjoy the festive season feeling clear-headed, balanced and still part of the celebration, without feeling like you’re missing out.
Ingredients: (per glass)
- 1-2ml (or to taste) Ginger Tincture (Zingiber officinale) – available at our clinic dispensary
- Sparkling mineral water
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of nutmeg (optional)
- Few drops of vanilla extract
- 1 orange slice (fresh or dehydrated)
- Sprig of fresh rosemary to garnish
- Ice
Method:

Pour the herbal extract into a glass.

Sprinkle in a small pinch of cinnamon (and nutmeg, if desired).

Add the vanilla and mix gently to combine.

Add ice, then slowly top with sparkling water.
