Ingredients:

1 small banana (frozen or fresh)

1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh)

1tbsp healthy nut butter of choice

1/4 avocado
-
1 tsp chia seeds
-
1 tsp flax seeds

1 scoop Collagen Clinical powder (available from our clinic dispensary)

1/2 cup greek or coconut yogurt

125ml – 250ml of filtered water or unsweetened almond milk

Few ice cubes

Mint (optional – for garnish)
Method:
- Wash and prepare all of your ingredients.
- Place all ingredients inside the blender, start on a low speed and gradually increase to a higher speed.
- Blend until desired consistency
- Enjoy immediately or in your favourite smoothie cup whilst ‘on-the-go’!
