Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 serve of raw (slim & tone) protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1 stick of celery
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 400ml water (less or more depending on your desired consistency)
