Delicious Weight-Management Smoothie Recipe

Having an easy ‘go-too’ smoothie for breakfast is vital! Try out this recipe below which will help keep you full and support you on your weight management journey; whilst also being packed full of essential nutrients and antioxidants!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 serve of raw (slim & tone) protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 400ml water (less or more depending on your desired consistency)

Method: 

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz it altogether.
  2. Enjoy!
